This is great fun but don't be lulled into thinking it isn't doing anything!!! Start slow. I thought I could handle 4 minutes at the start and it felt like I spent 4 hours on a ski hill. Amazing.

We use the product twice a day and it is easy to use. We have not used the product long enough to see what kind of effect it will have on our over all fitness. We do enjoy the low impact, stimulating shacking. The only down side of the machine were the directions. The English used was not plainly stated.

Senior Citizen using & enjoying her Crazy Fit! Takes only ten minutes, and feel it is strengthening & toning!?
Use mostly at speeds 7 to 11. Higher gets noisy & really rattles machine!
Some concern that too intense vibration
could possibly cause body/brain damage!
So, I will stick with lower intensity &
keep enjoying my Sunny! Feel it helps!

The Crazy Fit is convenient and easy to use. We can fit it into our schedule easily, as it is always set up and ready to go. It doesn't need a room of it's own or have to be hauled in and out of a closet. We have just begun, and are looking forward to positive results. Being in our late 60's this is a great way to stay in good health. The only downside is that the user instructions could have been a little more explicit.
