On days when I cannot make it to the gym my TKO workout bench is always at my disposal. Its quality and comfort add to my motivation to workout at home too. I can't complain - it's made well and folds nicely. However, if you try to grab the side with the adjustable incline if you are moving it around, it might pop up and bang down on you - that's why it should have a pin or lock on that side. The rest of it is fine - don't like that part.

I am VERY happy with my bench. I researched many benches and this one fit my requirements exactly. The bench is so easy to use and it is very comfortable. Positions can easily be changed in 2 seconds. It is so durable I know I will never have to purchase another one. I HIGHLY recommend this bench.

For indoor use, this FID bench provides all the positions I need to work with dumbells.
Flat and mutiple positions of incline works really well. Although I have not used decline, I'm pretty sure, it is very stable to work-out on.
when not in use, I store this under my desk, so it frees up a lot of floor space.
Great design, Great build-quality, Great savings.
