Over all the Bowflex bench was everything I expected. The only thing I found wrong was that it was missing a cap that goes into the frame work under the seat but does not effect the preformance of the bench in any way. Very happy with my purchase.

The 5.1 Bench is about 100 dollars more than the 3.1 bench. I had a really tough time swallowing spending the extra money until I read another review which made me think it was worth it. There are two extra incline settings, which are important if you don't work the correct muscles at a 45 degree angle (the only incline offered on the 3.1 series) I feel the 45 degree angle much more in my shoulders, so the extra inclines were worth the money to me. The 5.1 series also has an adjustable seat that the 3.1 does not. This is very helpful when using the decline position. The seat will adjust to the same angle as the decline. While I don't like spending this much money on a bench. This site had the best price, and the bench is a great bench.
When I ordered the product it said it would be shipped the next day. On a confirmation email I received, I was told that the product would be shipped out 2 weeks from that day. I was concerned about this because of the "Fast Fed Ex" shipping that was offered. I wrote a message to customer service and they responded within 24 hours. They were very prompt and informative, and my item was at my house within 3 days of the order. Amazingly fast shipping and great customer service. I usually order all of my products off of amazon. Mercantila had a better price so I decided to take a chance on them. I'm glad I did because they did a great job.

This bench is very solid and looks good also. I have wanted it for a while to go with my Selecttech weights and the price was right on Mercantila. Multiple positions are great for me and the bench fits just right (200lb, 6')
Great experience shopping on Mercantila. The bench was shipped quickly and arrived at my home quicker than promised. I am completely satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely purchase from them again!

Bowflex bench is a very good value. Materials used are of superior grade throughout. Construction is great: heavily welded elements, ease of change-ups, multi-position seating, including decline position is excellent. I use it with Bowflex dumbells.
It is very easy to use and very sturdy.
The one improvement i recommend is larger wheels for moving the bench. I use it on carpet and it just does not roll.

So far I am very, very pleased with the 5.1 Bench. It's very well designed, user-friendly, and attractive, too. Item is very solidly built and feels solid to use. Only (minor) drawback for me is that the wheels don't seem to protrude far enough, bench is a bit more difficult to move than some other "portable" benches I've used.
I highly recommend Fitness Equipment Superstore. My purchase experience was fast, pleasant, and service was immediate and without flaw. And, the price was lower than any! Item was received in perfect condition just a couple of days after ordering.
