We love this piece of equipment, especially considering what you are getting for the price. It's well worth it. Advertisement was a bit misleading, but after reviewing it a bit, it made sense. They should have pictures of the different exercises using the actual Xodus VKR Chin-Dip. Instructions could have been a little more detailed, but it was easy to figure out.

I weigh 195 pounds and this tower easily supports me doing chin ups, dips, leg lifts and pretty much anything I can think of. It's true what they say, muscle burns more fat then cardio, and this tower fits easily in my apartment and costs less then a gym membership, or a set of free weights. It's time my fat worked for me, instead of against me, and this tower is the only tool I need to do that.

Bought just for p90x, its good but the ad to me is a little decieving! It should be and maybe is labled as "all in one" because i didnt get anything free. It was an all in one station. A little unstable but it will work for me. Only unstable on the chin up side as you can imagine! Over all its a good station, its light but sturdy.

this product is good for chin-ups. very sturdy and definitely gives u a great workout in that department. however, the dips part of the machine are really bad. the problem is that the bolts used in the assembly are way too small and the arms for the dips totally move around! the other bad thing is that the actual holes for the arms on the dips are oval and it's like they're made to be adjustable....however this doesn't make sense because once u start to dip...they automatically slide out to the widest adjustment. this makes dips very unstable and difficult. i wouldn't recommend this product because of this.
